It is formulated for those who want all the goodness of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 in a balanced ratio. Its light texture and neutral taste makes it ideal to be added to your salads, rice, noodles, dips and other cold food preparation.

Sunflower Oil With High Oleic Acid, Flaxseed Oil, Medium-Chain Triglycerides Oil, Vitamin E Acetate.
Serving Suggestions
- 1L, 110ml bottles: 1 tablespoon per serving, 1 to 3 times daily.
- Sachets (20g): 1 sachet per serving, 1 to 3 times daily.
Additional Information
- It is NOT cooking oil. It CANNOT be heated to high temperature or used for high-heat frying.
- It should be stored in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated.
